All journeys start from and return to Long Walk Station. With a round trip to Powdermill Cut Station and back, typically takes 45 minutes. There is no access to the Railway Works on a 5-train service day, the train turns around and immediately departs from Powdermill Cut station.
To ride on the Gunpowder Railway you need a ticket to visit the Royal Gunpowder Mills site – which includes the railway. The timetable listed above is subject to operational changes at any point (e.g. engine failure) and please be aware that the last train does depart before the wider site closes.
